With Joe's 3-day reboot (FS&ND) should I be drinking the entire recipe worth of juice? It says they make 12 oz or more but I seem to be coming out with far more juice than that. Seems a little overwhelming.

    I generally get around 16~20oz worth of juice (sometimes more depending on the size of the veggies) and drink it all as one serving.
