i workout!

started the 30 day squat challenge today on top of just starting to do 100 crunches and 20 pushups a day, so im feeling great and especially motivated with the 30 day challenge!

  • That's cool I'm still at the point that I'm trying to get my body to learn that exercising does exist, lol. I hope to do a few crunches eventually, I need to get rid of this baby fat.
  • Yesterday I cleaned out our horrible mess of a garage with britt.... it luckily only took 2 hours, but shoot, I slept like a log last night. I'm still very tired.
  • Well since today was my day of rest for Squats I decided to do 50 slow crunches. They kinda burned but I think I will do 50 more tonight as well :)
