Good Morning!

I hope y'all are doing great today! I didn't workout yesterday...I had to study my Cost Accounting..I have a big test coming up. I can't wait until this semester is over!!! I am going to be so happy!!

So...major workout today since I missed yesterday! That and my daughter bought me a minibon cinnabon at BK this morning...ouch! I'm sure it was a ton of calories (I'll look it up before I leave for the gym...it should give me major inspiration to get my burn on..lol!:tongue:

I know a lot of you said you are in for another eight weeks...but let's finish this last week STRONG!! Don't give up on it and say you are going to start again on the next challenge...don't say I'll start tomorrow..because tomorrow never comes! Okay!

Here is a project I want you all to do (I realize I'll be lucky if anyone does because somehow my ideas don't go over to well sometimes..but please?) This is your homework assignment...and whoever does it wins the challenge and won't get voted off and can continue on to the next eight weeks...otherwise you will be sent home...lol! Okay? So here it is:

Get a poster board and you can draw on it, put pictures on it, cut out magazine pictures or sayings, write weight loss tips...whatever you want, whatever will inspire you when you look at it...make an awesome poster! This is due on Monday and you need to put it on your profile page under photos so everyone else can see it! Okay? Come on people...show us your commitment okay?

Have a great workout today...focus on healthy eating...Just Do It!!:heart:

    Good Morning!

    I had to study yesterday too :) I have my final exam for Finance Management (I took Cost accounting last semester). But I still managed to go for a run right after work. Now my legs are killing me.
    On Monday I did the Iron strength workout, but somehow missed the warmup, so my legs were sore, but not too bad. I ran very slow yesterday because of that and now I can barely move.
    I signed up for a 5k on April 27. Will the pain go away until then? Should I run through the pain or should I take next couple days off to rest?
    I will try my best with the poster - I was never good at this kind of stuf :)

    I only ended up walking for 20 minutes yesterday it was just a bad day. Today I met for my first real session with my trainer at the gym for an hour. We worked everything! I am going to feel it in my arms/legs tomorrow they are tired. I am not sure how to track it though I warmed up with 10 minutes or cardio and did it between strength training throughout the entire hour. I think i'll just add 200 calories to my goal for the day.

    Is it okay if I do the poster electronically? Getting the materials is a little difficult for me right now because I'm traveling and staying in a hotel, but I love the idea! I'd like to make a collage on my computer and put it as the background so I'll see it every time I open my computer :smile:

    That is cool! That's what I want to do too! You'll have to show me your's when you're done and tell me how to do it...if you don't mind? :heart:
