Hey friends! I've missed y'all. I had a rough year last year (lost my mom, found out my dad isn't my dad [no clue who he might be...], got fired). But I'm learning how to be happy about the things I do have, and I'm definitely proud of learning to overcome depression without medication. (I'm not knocking medication--I support it--but I lost my insurance, so I had to learn to cope without my cherished Lexapro.)
So today, I'm grabbing these good things:
1. Took the husband and dog to the park
2. Edited the first 25 pages of a friend's book
3. Did Sudoku puzzles, which make me feel smart and powerful.
