I love the calendar because you can choose this challeng just for today and do the set amount of reps or you can add to your routine all month!

    Oh, thank ggodness for the how to videos. I had no idea what a single leg circle was. The calendar has just a basic wall sit for time challenge while the video you posted is extra challenge with the kicks thrown in. A way to change it up. I didn't follow through on the sit up challenge for March but it would be nice to see if I can jump into the middle of this one. Thank you as ususal! You are truly Wonder Woman! RAWRH!

    I loved that one! I got started on it a bit late, but definitely adding this to the routine for the rest of the month. My thighs already feel sore...I have no idea where to start with exercise, it seems so ominous, but I liked this mini challenge.

    Forget screaming on wall sits I wail like a baby. These look tough. I think I will do this for the month of May. Maybe Bea will partner with me. If you hear a loud wail you know its me doing this workout.
