Is skipping a shake once in a while okay?

Hi there. I started Herbalife on 4th of April. As on today, I have lost approx 2 kgs. I take the shakes for breakfast and dinner & the afresh energy drink in the morning. I have set my calorie intake to 1200, but sometimes it's really hard to reach on this diet. So, I was wondering if it is OKAY to once in a while substitute the shake with normal meal (Mind you, it doesn't include anything junk, just healthy homemade meal).

    You bet it is ok. I bumped myself down to 1 shake a day and replaced it with a healthy meal. I don't want to live on shakes for the rest of my life so I needed to figure out how to eat health on my own. Don't be so hard on yourself this is a life long journey and you need to be comfortable with the decisions you make! Best of luck to you!

    I'm also thinking to devise a good enough exit strategy once i lose 3/4th of my extra weight.

    The only meal I replace with a shake is breakfast. My second shake is between lunch and dinner (just soy milk and powder). I eat lunch and dinner everyday and have had success. I needed to do something I can do for the rest of my life, not just until the weight comes off so that is what works for me. Good luck!

    May have one for lunch if I'm rushing out and not got time to pre p anything else.

    Usually on the weekends I only use the shake once a day and try to eat healthier meals. I've been on Herbalife for three months now and so far I've lost 7lbs.
