If you have a hard time with them, do them in sets of 10 at your kitchen sink. Put your hands on the counter to kind of help you keep your balance. You can do it.0 -

I did 55 right after my run. It felt gooooog. I did 30, rest for 10-15 sec and the 25.0

Finished my 55! Since I did the challenge last month I can do over 100 without taking a break. When I started I wasn't anywhere near that! I'm excited!0
