    I understand the desire, but will it last. Frankly, I felt that I had to lose weight QUICK, but NEVER could stay on a Plan because it was too restrictive...That was over 20 yrs. of TRYING, yo-yoing. When I STOPPED, when I said, OK LIVE, this is NOT a diet but a Lifestyle Change and I do not have to lose this 150 lbs. in 6 mo or 12 mo or even 2 yrs, but I have to be CONSTANT and change small things and make sure they Last. When I did that I had Spiritual Awakenings, acceptance and Emotional soundness. Over the last 2 1/2 years I have lost that 150 lbs and made Life-long changes. And I am still losing weight and My TOTAL Wellness is great.

    Trust Me, if you can not STAY on a Plan, you will NOT lose weight...and if you FORCE/WILL yourself through an extremely restrictive "Diet" for a short time, it will not last because you have not learned how to eat well...when you hit that "number" you want, I bet you go BACK to eating like you did Before, then you'll be back here probably within a year of hitting that number on the scale...BEHAVIOR has NOT Changed!
