I've successfully completed my first full week on 5:2. However, I have been weighing myself every day in the morning. The numbers, of course, fluctuate. They seem to do a downward zigzag. On the fast day it is down, then it goes up, then after the next fast day it goes down below the previous fast day weight. It's interesting...
My question to you is: How often do you weigh yourself? Only after a fast day? Every day? Once a week?
