Time to do a little research. In your first topic post, you shared a goal(s) that you would like to achieve with your health. I want you to research a diet and/or exercise program that would help you reach this goal. Once you find the website that you feel will work for you, I want you to cite this website in Noodle Tools and create an annotation. The workouts are different, which will keep me from getting bored with a fitness program. They are also very challenging, which helps me push myself to new goals.

    about organic vs conventonal food. Everyone assumes organic food is better.
    The thing is that no body knows the risks of eating synthetic food you
    could say. So overall organic looks like the better choice since we know

    you in the long run.

    have to do it everyday to lose more. Going to the gym and working out helps
    too , specially if you go there daily can help way more than you think. But
    when you are exercising you have to eat health too while your doing your
    excise after and before because that will help too.
