Time to do a little research. In your first topic post, you shared a goal(s) that you would like to achieve with your health. I want you to research a diet and/or exercise program that would help you reach this goal. Once you find the website that you feel will work for you, I want you to cite this website in Noodle Tools and create an annotation. The workouts are different, which will keep me from getting bored with a fitness program. They are also very challenging, which helps me push myself to new goals.

    out the three main things i need in my diet to build muscle quick. those
    things are Carbohydrates, fats and protiens. Also the article tells me what
    kinds of fats i should eat and how many meals i need. I need six meals a
    day to help gain muscle. Lastly, i need to have a lot of protien in my
    diet. It doesnt say how long until you start gaining muscle though.

    goal at the beginning of this unit was to eat right. In this article it
    gives the readers tips and different guidelines on eating right. Some tips
    including eating slow. When you eat slowly you can find yourself feeling

    sitting down can be deadly. Not in a instant death type of way, but how not

    everyday can shorten our lives. The human body is structered to be
    constantly moving. when we do nothing and just sit there while are muscles
    are idle, our veins become a little more clogged. This website alsp
    mentions how some people that were "destined" to be obese , weren't. All by
    staying active. This website doesnt mention how to be active, but it does
    say that every little thing counts. So, ultimatly, we just have to make the
    healthier choices in life. Taking the stairs, ride your bike, or eat an
    apple instead of a chocolate bar. Every little thing counts.

    gives me the guidelines to go by to eat health. Overall it is a decently
    useful website to use.

    Training is a great article where it tells me how I am able to train myself
    to get better and go at faster paces. The exercises they have are really
    great and they are all done on a track. Even off off of a track they would
    work great.
