I just found this group today :bigsmile: I live in the Rockford area with the flooded Rogue River in my backyard!!! I grew up in Saginaw but spent most of my adult life in Grand Rapids.
Joined MFP on orders from my doctor about 3 months ago. My twelfth of never goal is to lose 130lbs but I am very happy with my progress so far. My true goal, like many of you, is to be healthy and I am doing what I can to make that happen.
