Hey guys, As the weather is getting better I feel that we should up the difficulty level of the weekend challenge. I am challenging everyone to burn 1500 calories this weekend. I know it is not easy but we can always push ourselves to do more.

This weekend make sure to burn good number of calories on both days to complete the challenge. Those of you who haven't had a great week, you can compensate that with extra efforts over the weekend. COME ONNN:devil:

I need to get back into cycling!!! Wow!! If only there were more places where I could safely bike around here without someone trying to run me off the road :)

Total calories burn this weekend 2631. Oh yeahhhh!

It feels so good to complete the challenge and then going over it by a good margin:) Hopefully you guys will also be able to complete the challenge for this weekend.

He's not mine. Well he is now, sort of. He's my 8 month old nephew. My sister has decided that she is unable to care properly for him and so now my parents and I share custody of him. So I'm trying to get a routine to my life that fits in around him and things went a little of the rails for a while. I can meal plan for him, but mine seems to have went out of the window. And I seem to have lost huge chunks of time lol. I think we're getting there now, with us all settling into a routine and i'm still able to keep up a good level of exercise, but not always to fit in with this challenge. And it means I don't have the free time on my hands that I used to :)

    Table updated! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ai-S-3OqdebkdE5JUVB2QzdYS3hwaWF6LW12TjBFcEE#gid=0

Fewer and fewer people taking part, but its brilliant to see the same people pushing it every week and getting bigger and bigger burns! Well done everyone!
  • UMER......are you posting the weekend challenge?.

Congratulations. So great of you to help your sister this way. How come she gets to opt out of motherhood at this stage?

You are the lucky one. Eight months is an adorable age. Major props to you for taking on this huge commitment.
