I have been really bad this week. I began exercising but my eating is HORRIBLE.
How is everybody doing? Better than I am i hope

    I got a better control of my portions with meals, I still struggle from time to time with this and go over my calorie budget but I think I need to work more on being active more consistently, but can be so tired after work! I think I just need to find more self-motivation and determination to work for what I want though. Is there anything that seems to help anyone else with that?
