NEED ADVICE FOR CAL DAILY FOR FIRST TIME MOMMY :)

HI GALS,
IM ABOUT 8 WEEKS PREGNANT.
THIS IS MY FIRST PREGNANCY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY CALS DOES I HAVE TO CONSUME DAILY?
I USED TO WORKED OUT AND EATING HEALTHY YEAR AGO. I AM 5'0 i USED TO WEIGHT 120-124. NOW WEIGHT OVER 140 DUE TO BAD EATING HABITS FOR THE PAST MONTHS. I DONT KNOW HOW TO BE FIT OR WHAT CALS I HAVE TO CONSUME NOW THAT IM EXPECTING MY FIRST ONE. I NEED ADVICE PLEASE.

  • Hi! I was wondering the same when I found out I was pregnant. I just talked to my doctor and got his recommendation (which is best obviously) but I found this online calculator that will give you estimates based on your pre-pregnancy weight, height, and activity levels. And it breaks it down by trimester! Which I thought was cool!
