Too much protein

I seem to always be over on my protein. Is this bad? Anyone else have that happen? Protein is up but then calories seem low. What's the best way to increase calories w/o adding sugar and protein?

How much protein are you getting? I usually aim for 100, but mfp would say that's over.

I agree. Your protein needs increase in pregnancy and the average woman needs between 80-100g/day. If you're still going way over that I'd consider supplementing the remainder of your calories from fats. Think avocado, fattier cuts of grass-fed beef or dark poultry (with the skin), eggs, coconut products (oil/butter/milk). It's best to stay away from large doses of nuts/seeds as their omega 6 content may be inflammatory. Liver is a pretty phenomenal pregnancy food, but it does have some protein.
