I was able to attend a gluten free expo yesterday (near Chicago) and LOVED IT! Almost everybody had samples and we found some really great products (and some really not so great products). My new faves are 123 Gluten Free (baking mixes) and Way Better snacks. Two Fat Guys Barbecue Sauce was great too!

What are your favorite GF products?

    XOXO brand mixes - cookies, pancakes, breads etc. All made with coconut flour and so so yummy, but incredibly expensive (8.99 for a cookie mix)

    We just tried another brand of cookie mix too.....a Canadian company that we found at Safeway but I cannot remember what the name is. But it was yummy, and they don't use bean flours. I cannot stand bean flour, the smell or the taste.

    Other then those two thing, and Udi's bread, we really don't buy anything GF, we stick to fruits/veggies/meats etc.
