Introduce Yourself

Hi everyone, my name is Jennifer and I am a Beachbody Coach. I am here as your guide through the 60 days of the challenge and am excited about seeing what your goals are and helping you all to achieve them. Please be sure to check in daily when May 1st hits and let us know how you are doing as well as keeping the other members motivated. I encourage you all to follow the nutrition guide as well as the official schedule to achieve the best results possible. Shakeology is not mandatory but is highly recommended so if you are interested in that, then I suggest you talk to your coach about it for information and if you don't have a coach, then please send me a message for info on it :)

    I have had the insanity DVD set for a few weeks and have always find some excuse not to start, still not sure my fitness is up to it !! I only really want to lose around 7lbs more but want to tone up.

    Well, you will be able to tone up for sure. I can't ever guarantee numbers with weight loss but your body WILL change and you will look pretty incredible. It will be very hard to start and you will question why you are doing something so challenging but stick with it and you will end up in pretty awesome shape at the end. If you can't finish a whole workout to start, don't worry about it...just be sure to push yourself a bit harder the next day and try to do just 5 more minutes...you can do this :)
