Sugar

So my Jenny Craig consultant says to eat about 3 fruits a day along with all the other food and diary (one at breakfast, one for AM snack, and one for PM snack). My problem is that it's putting me over on my sugar amount on my food diary. Do you think this is OK since it's all natural sugar and not coming from junk food? I've always heard that if you're trying to lose weight to limit your fruit intake because of the sugar.

Any opinions on this?

    I was wondering the same thing. I am starting with JC tomorrow and I did a little nutritional recognizance and noticed it would put me way above my sugar limit. But - I was having a really hard time staying within the sugar limit prior to JC.

    I have a friend who is an internal med doc and she says she swears by JC. She thinks it is nutritionally sound, etc, etc. US News and World Reports lists JC as one of the most nutritionally sound programs.

    But, I too am really interested in what others have to say about it.
