Energy balance

Perhaps as I am new it stills feels like keeping my energy in balance and incorporating crossfit is a challenge of it's own. Does this get any easier? I don't want to end up injured but also want to put in enough effort to want to do the next workout without feeling wiped out.

How many days are you Cf'ing? As long as you scale within your capabilities and ensure your form is spot on you shouldn't get injured - however like any sport the possibility of getting hurt is always there.
It doesn't get any easier becuase the WOD's always change - which is the beauty of Crossfit. You might repeat a work out after 3 or even 6 months. That's why it's good to record your work outs,s o you can see how much you've improved.
Go as hard as you can manage - because at the end of the day even just finishing a WOD is awesome!:laugh:0
