Hi guys,

For the month of May I will be revisiting Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.

The first time I attempted this video (a few years ago) I only made it up to Level 1 Day 2 then gave up saying that there's no way I could ever finish such a workout but in February 2013 I decided to give it another go - stuck with it and actually finished. Best part of it was that over the course of the 30 days I dropped 2.9kgs (6.4lbs) and a total of 12.5 inches!

If anyone is interested in doing the 30 Day Shred with me just indicate and let's support each other!!

Can't wait to see what results I'll get at the end of May :smile:

    I might decide to give it another go. I keep jumping back and forth between workouts lately.

    I am because I know it works, did it back in Sept 2012 and lost inches.

    I want to start it again (left it midway before) from May but I will be able to start only from 9th/10th May.

    Back from holidays and I definitely need to do this, I've been extra, extra slack with my eating but have gotten in a couple of work out sessions - though I suspect that I've gained (haven't had chance to weigh as there weren't any scales at the hotel).

    Eyeing my 1kg weights which I used the last time I did this program and thinking that I might up them to 2kgs and see how I go.
    Bring on Day 1 tomorrow!!!! :happy:

    Took my starting measurements and weights (haven't done my start pic as yet but will tomorrow) and completed Level 1 Day 1. Used my HRM this time around and found that I burnt only 154 calories during the 27 mins (last time I did it I used a generic calories burnt amount for program which said 223).
    Bring on Level 1 Day 2!!

    I started again on Monday along with the 6week6pack one in the am the other at night. Going to do all week days and take the weekends off so both will take me 6 weeks. May is my get moving month. So my goal is to fit in as much as I can, anywhere and everywhere I can!!

    I am starting today with 30DS and will be doing it every day except Tuesday and Thursday when I am at my fitness classes until the end in the middle of the month.

    Missed yesterday so today will be Level 1 Day 3 for me.

    How are you guys going? Those who have done it before, do you think you're finding it easier? When I did it in February I remember being all hot and sweaty after each session (even with the fan on) but this time around I'm not sweating as much (maybe it's a bit cooler as it's autumn here? - though we've been having some really hot days - 28 degrees yesterday)

    I just started this. Was doing it in April, but got really sick and had to drop it. Started a couple days late, but I'm planning on going all May and into June two days. :) Good luck!

    I started on May 2nd. It's really hard. But I'm sticking with it. This is my 3rd attempt at doing it. I'm motivated to finish this time though!

    We can all definitely do this!! Whenever I think of giving up (and I did thinks this about 2 days in) just think of the end results in just 30 days - it's absolutely amazing!!!!
