Hi everyone-
I am trying to get a note out to all of you to get you started. As I mentioned- you will be taking shakeology for 3 days to start 3 x day then starting with healthy eating the next day. So we need to get you ordered for shakeology through my website. You can either go directly there to start- www.shakeology.com/anjmcnaught choice your flavor then order as HD (to avoid shipping) or wait until we chat and I can preorder for you. Because I am going to be doing lots of posts and a few videos, and group discussions- I am going to be doing the majority of discussion through facebook.
