Hey, everyone,
I've been a CO for about six months but a long-time fan of fitness. I'm older than many of my colleagues (I'm 43) but I'm in much better shape than the average American male at my age.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a group here dedicated to CO's. I don't need to tell you how important it is for people in our line of work to stay fit.
So what can you tell me about yourselves?
