Hey hey there chickadees, I'm back under the rack!! Had a shiatsu massage, and restarted my program today. My shoulder injury break was from April 3rd-today April 22nd. My body feels so good and I'm relaxing watching this late April snow storm with my beef stew from scratch that's been simmering for 10 hours!

OK this is killing me. What is meant by putting a number sign after the number? To indicate Pounds? Why not just say "55 lb"?

Ever hear of the "pound sign"? Like on your phone dial?

It's also being referred to and used as a "number sign", of course.
