Hi, I just joined the group and live in Troy, Oh. I am married with two young daughters and decided to lose weight when I noticed that I was sitting out instead of playing with them because I would get to tired/winded. I have lost 23 lbs so far but seem to be stuck in place so I figure I need to jump start myself.
