Since I'm 50, my insurance is kickin' in and treating me to a free colon screening. Going in tomorrow am.
Good news to get it all checked out, but sure is a fun day today and tomorrow.
No solid foods for 36 hours prior and have spent today consuming nothing but clear liquids and saline laxative.
Probably too much information but it feels like I've spent all evening pissing through my *kitten*.
Fun times.

Hey you will probably drop a couple pounds that way. Hope it goes well for you man. As much of a pain as that is, if it can catch stuff early or even keep it from happening, it is worth it.0

Well, made it through the 36 hour "no solid foods" wall ok. Off this morning to go get probed and prodded.
On a positive note I'm now down to 273 #'s today for the first time in decades.0 -
