I just input my weight from this morning in the little excel spreadsheet I have (you can do wonders with excel) and I have a formula in there to let me know what percentage I'm at on obtaining my goal. As of this morning I am 50% done exactly! I'm lost 35.8 pounds and I have 35.8 pounds left to lose. How awesome is that! It's all downhill from here!
