Starting Sunday April 28

Very excite to try this after reading everyones posts and seeing results everyone is having. I do a bootcamp 2x wk and have been learning a 5K run (Couch to 5K app) 3 x wk and its been 4 wks .... I have lost nothing. No inches, nada. And I track all my food but eat well. It's annoying when I see others losing and I'm stuck.

So no harm in trying something new. Last year i went 9 wks without wheat, so 28 days should be a breeze! :)

Anyone else starting on this date too? We could be shred buddies - LOL
