As a foods and nutrition student at a university in San Diego, CA I've been exposed to the amazing tool that is USDA.gov website. If you're not familiar with the website and want legitimate nutrition information to make healthier choices, or choices appropriate for your age, sex, or ethnicity then head over and do some research! I've found some helpful, and quite colorful guides, for you to read and possibly print out. Wouldn't it be great to stick some of these up on the fridge?
