Hey, my name is Sarah.
Just signed up at PF yesterday and went to a fitness program planning thing today. I am SO excited to be part of the PF family and be able to work out at a place that is more about people wanting to make themselves look/feel better than people who can lift cars and throw them across lakes. (Okay, so maybe thats a tad bit of an exaggeration, but still. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the guys at my old gym could do that. Haha.)
Anyways, what has worked for you and what hasn't? Suggestions? I have the Black Card membership.
Also, anyone at the Sterling Heights location at 15 mile?
