New to MFP

I discovered MFP 4 weeks / 11.2 lbs. into a personal weight loss program. 11 days into MFP I've lost 5.4 lbs. Only 1.8 lbs. to reach my goal of 142 lbs. I've found MFP to be an incrediblly usefull tool for recording and evaluating what I eat. I plan on using MFP to monitor my eating to maintain a weight under 145 lbs. I've been in shape the last 5 years, but put on weight this winter due to injury and laziness. I'm an avid 5K runner. If you see me at a race, say HI!
