30 day shred

i have just completed day 17 level 2 of 30 day shred, i can honestly say i have noticed a huge difference in my stamina since day 1! i have been eating healthy, no chocolate or cakes or pastry's & have been walking/ jogging around 4 times a week to get my cardio a bit better! i am planning on starting level 3 on day 20 of the shred!
