This is an excellent question!! We are going to start Wednesday, May 1st and count by week every Wednesday rather than every Monday. Before I got serious about working out, I used to always use the excuse "I'll start on Monday" and then it would be Tuesday or Wednesday and I would realize I forgot to work out on Monday...so I would wait until next Monday...maybe trying to do counting by week on Wednesdays will help some of us to break that cycle. What do you think? Is this okay with you?
