Group goal - Yes or No?

Hi all!!
One of our wonderful group members (Kat) suggested our group should have a goal as a whole! I thought this was a great idea to motivate ourselves!!
What do you all think?
If you think we should have a goal as a group, what do you think is reasonable?
99 wonderful people have committed to doing the May Challenge. If everyone participates, I really think we can burn half a million calories as a group for the month of May. How awesome would that be?!
Please let me know if you have any suggestions

A group goal sounds good! Maybe when everybody gives their individual goal number we can add them all up and then add just a bit to that for some extra group incentive.0

Hi I hadn't actually thought of a goal...rather I was just wondering how many calories we would burn collectively....but I do think it's maybe worth doing as an extra incentive....I know I work harder if I let more people down than just me if I don't work hard

Awesome!! April, that is a great idea to add up everyone's goals and add a little extra to give us extra incentive!
Group members can vote until April 30

A definite YES for the group goal. Perhaps we can add an average for the members who haven't posted a particular target. Maybe somewhere around 350 (the usual deficit MFP users aim for) x 25 (number of workouts) = 8750. What do you think?0
