You can subsidize fish not only for recipe but for 2x fish a week too
I have a suggested idea: Since the Omega 3's in fish are a major health benefit of fish, I would like to propose two meals that include omega-3 fatty acids as a highlight. This could include:
-olive, sesame, soybean, flax, canola and/or their oils
-beans
-nuts
-most seeds
less omega 3's but still in the game:
-avocados
-winter squash, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower.

Thanks for this list.
I love fish and will eat it as often as I can but I have recently been looking for alternative sources of Omega 3's to feed my kids (and me)0 -
sunflower seeds or pepitas covered in dark chocolate are DELICIOUS and healthier for you than other dessert choices because of the bonus points of fiber and protein and omega 3s. But you should make them yourself so you know exactly what's in them0
