I have been off all forms of BC for about a year now, I had gone from no ovulation to eventually getting a period every 2 months.. Since I have lost about 20 pounds I am now bleeding every 2-3 weeks, not full blown normal period but a week of light to moderate bleeding. I have no idea what's going on? Anyone experience this?

Up until the past two months, I would have a full cycle every 2 weeks. It was killing my energy levels and my personality. My birth control was not able to help either. The last two months I have regular but even the doctors don't know why other than PCOS. I can also tell you that if I change my physical routine or if my eating goes horribly wrong it somtetimes effects my cycle as well.

Hello! I am in a situation like yours. Before having children I was very irregular. I had my period maybe every 45-60 days. After my first baby everything seemed to be working ok. Had my periods every moth for 3 months, them I became pregnant again. After delivering my 2nd they also seem to be pretty normal. Maybe off by 2-3 days. I delivered my baby girl in September and ever since my period is wacked. I have my period and half way, maybe 10 days after I start spotting again for about 3-4 days. And my periods are getting farther and farther away. it started out every 30 days, last month 37 and this month still no period. I have spotted, but no period and it is day 40.
