Portion Sizes

There's bound to be lots of questions about portion sizes so I figured I'd just start a topic.
One thing I just noticed is that a serving of grains is smaller in Phase 3 than it is in Phase 1 so that's something to pay attention to.
I'm in the 60 pounds and over group but I cannot double the portion sizes, it's just too much. So, I'm going with what some others have said Haley suggestion and just add a 1/2 serving.

One more question about serving sizes. For meat & fish, is the ounces before cooking or the weight after cooking? I'm assuming it's before but this always confuses me0

I don't think it matters. This diet is a lot less picky than HCG0

So, yeah what is the portion size of grain for ph 3?
Just started it this morning  I'm a happy camper!!0 -
P3 grain is half the regular portion. So, if you get 1 cup oatmeal in P1, it would be 1/2 c. in P3 (my P1 oatmeal portion is 1.5 cups, so my P3 portion is 3/4 c.).0

Thanks! I can't remember how to determine pt. 1 portion now either... but I did have less for pt 3 today.0

So this is my first day and for breakfast it has me down for 1 1/2 cups mango and 1 1/2 cups oatmeal (I made steel oats). Seriously? I can't eat it all. Is that right?0
