I wasn't sure if I could handle working out every other day like that. I have some chronic illness issues that sometimes make things more difficult on me.

BUT! I MADE IT!

My squats are the same weight- 30#- butt easier. It hurt so much Monday I thought i'd be at 30# for a few months... But I think maybe just one more 30# then I'll go up t0 32.5#

My Bench Press increased from 45 to 50#.

My Barbell Rows went from 45# (because I was a dork and thought everything started at 45) to 60. I tried 65# but it was not gonna happen, so I did 60# as my max wt today/ They went well enough, but felt a bit sloppy. (I think because the bar has smaller weights I have to kinda prop it to make it high enough, used stacked weights, but that was wobbly)
So will do 60# next time, make sure I have my form and they feel stronger before moving on.

OHP- are not fun. that's all have to say. (30#)

I like Deadlifts! (90# and ready to go UP next time!)

Congratulations!! You´re getting it done even with your issues. That is so great!!

OHP is one of the most difficult exercises, I think. I struggle with mine, 4 weeks in. I will celebrate the day I can actually use the oly barbell. Lol.
