Sorry I've been gone so long ladies. I was obviously in some deep depression. My diet was CRAP!!! Lol! I didn't gain weight because I hardly ate anything, and what I did eat was just plan horrible! You know, one week I had about 4 hot dogs? One week, I don't think I had even seen a vegetable and the worst was developing a candy-bar a day habit!

Well, although I'm not out of the emotional woods yet, I finally realized that I've done my best with my marriage and that it's not my fault. This was his decision. So after that wake up call, I decided to start tuning back into my own life and focusing on what I want.

So back to the workouts at hand: I'm doing Power 90, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and Hip Hop Abs. The last 3 are to shake up my cardio. This is the end of my first week and I'm doing well. I hope you ladies are hanging in there too. Thanks for not deleting me from your list of buddies! :)
