I definitely need to start exercising again. I have been doing okay with the food. I am staying under on my calories but they really haven't been the best choices. However, I did not exercise once last week. Memorial Day is sneaking up on us fast. Join me in getting the lead out this week. Good luck!

I feel you! I got sick again (friggin sinuses man!), missed the whole week, eating good though, but MDW is seriously around the corner! If I can just stay healthy I need to drop 2.1lbs a week to reach my goal! Cheers to us both getting back to workingnout this week!
