i just started my shakes yesterday , I would like to know ...should i still be eating the daily calories that MFP says i should ? also is anyone else doing this and seeing real results ?

I calculated my daily calorie needs based on my TDEE and my BMR...I do drink my shakes (2 per day) and have two snacks and a meal. I stay within my calorie goals and use MFP mainly to track everything. I do not focus on the macros it sets out because my snacks are usually protein based and low carb.0

Since different shake recipes can vary widely and even shift depending on what kind of milk or juice you are using, I still track all of my calories in MFP, including the shakes. When adding food to your meals, just search for Vi Shape in order to add the shake mix. It's helped me lose 70 pounds and counting, so I'm not stopping a good thing!!!0
