At home workouts

Between work (constant swing shift by the way), my hobby (riding horses), traveling to get to and from both places and my house, I find that I don't have the time to get to a gym to workout. However, I have a sturdy jungle gym in my back yard that I know can be of great use if I can find a way to utilize it. My target areas are my hips/thighs, upper arms (triceps/biceps), and my stomach. Does anyone have any exercise ideas or tips for st home workouts?
