    I'm pretty new to MFP I figure the 30 means all 30 days but do what all 30?

    No processed food could be tough. I keep a few Atkins frozen dinners in the freezeer as a quick lunch.

    I'm actually beginning my challenge tomorrow!!, sadly I've tried before and haven't been too successful but this time I shall be victorious!!! Lemme know how you guys deal with cravings tho :(

    I found that my cravings for stuff faded with time (about two weeks max for me). When cravings did hit, and I knew that I wasn't hungry i would have some water seltzer or tea (since they usually happened at night).
