Losing the last 15 lbs with the band

Hi there!
I was banded September 2012. I've lost 40 lbs and I'm feeling great! Any advice for taking off the last 15 lbs? I'm an apple shape and my tummy is still pretty big. My goal weight is 145. I started Tae Kwon Do recently and I'm going once a week (I never would have believed that last September!). I'm also walking the kids to school every day.
I'd love to hear from you bandsters

I was banded nov 3oth. I have lost about 40 lbs and have 40 to go. Its coming off a lot slower now. I don't exercise at all though. It took me a while to get used to eating with the band. I would eat too fast and too big of bites And I really like the sweets. I think its going to take a long time to reach goal. But I haven't regretted my band one minute. I hadn't lost an ounce in so long I cant even remember. Even if it takes another year to lose the rest, I will still be losing....0

HI! I was banded June 2012 and have lost 110 pounds and hoping for another 20 to reach goal weight (although more would be nice!). My advice would be to switch it up, if you're eating the same amount of calories every day and doing the same exercise in my experience the weight slows down. So what I've done in the past is change up my workout routine and increase my calories by a few hundred for just a few days. Personally, this works for me.
I too would like to lose more in my tummy, from the front I fee like I look tiny, then from the side my stomach looks pregnant some days! I'm hoping some ab workouts will help with the tummy?0
