dear stronglifts community! i have been following SL for a while now, slowly seeing good changes now that i have committed to eating more protein and more calories (!)
i do M W F workouts, with spin T & Thurs...only because i like the class. So here's my question - i took an intro Crossfit class yesterday, mostly BW and metcon stuff with a wallball, although no lifts/weights. I'm pretty sore today and wondering if i should take a day off from lifting - i don't want to have to deload today just because i'm sore.
do you think i should skip today or just deload and do it?

i would deload and do it! deload days can be fun because you rip through your workout like you're using barbie weights.
the only times i don't workout are 1) severely sleep deprived zombie state or 2) so sore it's hard to walk. and then you can bet your *kitten* i will be at home using my foam roller or begging for massages from my partner.0 -
If it's just DOMS then work through it.....many times the workout actually helps the soreness of the muscles by getting the blood pumping!0
