I have been asked if icecream would be allowed. I thought it shouldn't be based on the fact that you could basically let it all melt and then just about drink it. (brain freeze!)
Also,
not for this specific challenge but I did a 5min weetbix eating challenge yesterday which did include milk in the eating. Do you think if the cals, macros, potassium, fibre etc are removed from the totals and it still fits the guidelines, should this be allowed on the leader board?

In terms of ice cream, perhaps it could be counted if we started two divisions, one for solid foods and one for liquid foods. If we continue to stick with only solid foods, I agree that it should not count.
I think your Weetbix challenge should count. I also think it would be nice if we could use water to help us eat faster. Certain food choices can be pretty dry without a liquid to help wash them down.
For reference, at Nathan's How Dog Eating Contesst "most contestants drink water, but other kinds of drinks can and have been used."
