This summer I plan on reading more instead of always relying on the computer to keep me occupied. What are some books that every vegan should own? Doesn't necessarily have to be a "vegan" book.

I recently got "Main Street Vegan" by Victoria Moran. I've found it really helpful and informative.

I'm currently reading Jonathan Saffran-Foer's "Eating Animals" which is quite intriguing. As with his fiction writing this non-fiction book has no fear. He is not afraid to say all the things that we have all thought about vegetarian/veganism whether we decide to do it or not. I like that he looks at it from every angle, plays devil's advocate, and eventually leaves it up to you to decide for yourself.
