May mile challenge

I'm going to do another mile challenge for the month of May. If anyone wants to join me feel free!

You can set your own mile goal to what ever you are comfortable with. I'm basing my miles on walking, running, bike, elliptical, strength training and I think since the weather is getting nicer that I will also include "yard work" for part of my miles. I currently am counting 2 miles for my strength training so I think I'll count every 30 minutes of yard work as 1 mile.

My personal goal for May is going to be 100 miles. Tomorrow is May 1st - let the fun begin! :drinker:

    5/8 - strength training & bike - 5 miles

    I am taking a break except for swimming a few times a week. I spent more time yesterday & this morning icing my foot than I spent working out. I "hate" swimming & will do some but will not push so hard I take longer to heal. I've adjusted my calories so I'm hoping that helps with my journey.
