Just wanted to share my success this month. I beat my weight loss goal by more than a pound, and I had put C25K as my other goal, but ended up not doing it. Not to say though that I didn't run 5K, I actually self trained without C25K. So Saturday the 20th I ran 3.16 miles in my neighborhood, and then on Sunday the 28th, I ran 3.52 miles. Never thought I would be in a place where I'd even run more than a mile, but here I am! And I love it (mostly!)

That's great!
I am still stuck at a plateau! I upped my calorie goal to 1330 from 1200, started C25K, started doing a few pushups, and have been out on the bicycle more, but the weight still hasn't budged!

Oddly enough, I have lost more weight in the past two days than the last week combined. And I think it's because I've taken then as rest days, zero exercise. Having some ankle/heel issues, so was forced to take a break.0
