Where to start?

Hi all,

I'm new to the group and keen to get started on the workouts on YouTube! I am currently doing 30 Day Shred, 15 days to go! Level 2 has a lot of plank stuff and I'm worried by seeing how sore everyone is after the vids that it will make 30DS too hard if I'm sore?

Would it be best to start now and do it straight after a 30DS workout? Is there a good order to start doing the videos? Do you do them every day?

Sorry for all the questions! Can't wait to get started!
